Prospector
Mail window hours: Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Package window hours: Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Smart locker package pick up: 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. Prospector building is closed on weekends and University holidays.
Union Station

Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Passports
Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Appointments are required. Visit Passport Services to schedule an appointment.
Students, faculty and staff may walk-in Monday through Friday, 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. Passport services are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
